Cancellation (and Refund) policies
You can cancel the tariff/contract any time online in our client area (you will receive login data via e-mail) or by written
letter or fax. For your own security a simple e-mail is not sufficient. Regular cancellation notice period for contractual
services (those not bound to top up accounts) is 4 weeks before the end of the current billing period (see terms of service
published on our website). In case of a prepaid tariff there is no need for cancellation - simply do not top up any further.
In case we cancel such a tariff for any reason we're to refund all remaining funds on your account within 14 days after end of
Early Cancellation (applies only if you are/act as a consumer)
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14
days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inforum us (*1, see below) of your
decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model
cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication
concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you (except for the supplementary costs arising
if you chose a type of payment other thatn the least expensive type of standard payment offered by us). We may make a deduction
from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unneccessary handling by you. We will
make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to
cancel this contract.We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless
you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. If you requested to
begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been
performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Partial refunds in case of early cancellation, if applying, will be done within 14 days after we got your cancellation using the same
payment method you initially chose.
If you chose to use a top up account -OR- a payment method putting us unable to trace back the payments origin, though, for security
reasons there are strictly no refunds. This is because any third party may choose to top up your account and due to privacy policies
and laws we are not able to trace back its origin to prevent fraud, or you chose a payment method that is not traceable. Wire transfers,
Cash cards, Telephone toll calls and payment methods other than PayPal or Credit/(Bank) Debit cards are not subject to refunds by all means.
Whichever service type you chose (top up account or regular recurring contract), if you think something went wrong, please do not just
initiate a chargeback, which incurs extremely high costs you're usually held liable for. Please contact us to solve the issue.
